System Internal Context making 'Public' posts on timeline, when this should be set to 'Team'

Recently since 16/08/23 (when we first noticed this issue) System Internal Context has been making updates on the timeline as 'Public' which our users can now see.image.png.0127da9dd2502e313c6aee16dcb74bc6.png

Before 16/08/23 we can see that an identical update has it's visibility set to 'Team'

As far as I can tell these settings are all showing as 'Team' so I'm unsure as to why System Internal Context is now providing updates that are visible to 'Public'

Any ideas?

We've had a few requests randomly update over recent days by System Internal Context. We haven't created these posts or done anything to trigger them, but some have generated emails that have already been triggered and sent earlier in a workflow process. It is a bit worrying also that some posts may be visible that shouldn't be. Does anyone know why this happens? @Fizza did you manage to sort it?
