The latest update of ESP (3782) has been released to live.

Fix

• The date range for annual measures always start from 1 Jan, irrespective of the start date.
• Quarterly measures not covering all ranges when non-UTC timezones are used
• Measures not using the correct times when non-UTC timezones are used
