HarryM Posted June 26, 2023 Share Posted June 26, 2023 We've had an issue with our Azure user import for the past week or two where it will not run overnight. If we manually run the files, they work with no issues, but the moment it tries to run overnight, we get an error regarding the zone file being invalid. Below is the error we receive (I have removed the company name from the URL before posting here): 2023/06/23 18:01:11 [ERROR] invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value 2023/06/23 18:01:11 Error Loading Zone Info File: Get "https://files.hornbill.com/instances/[Removed]/zoneinfo": http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client 2023/06/23 18:01:11 Error Decoding Zone Info File: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value We have just installed the latest version, and the issue still persists.
