UI issue: Human Task text entry box always 'snaps' to the top which obscures text if the row count requires vertical scrolling beyond the visible screen pixel height

The Human Task 'pop-up' window is configured to scroll back to the top every time a keystroke is entered in a multi-line text entry field.

The net effect is that when text entry requires the box to scroll, it only allows that scroll for a split second and then the text the user is inputting is obscured off the bottom of the screen.

Here it is in pictures to make sense.

Here is a text entry box which seems to be fine. It vertically fills the screen (you can just make out the browser ribbon and the Windows taskbar).

When we add a little more text so the over-all pop-up window is now 'taller' than the allowed screen display height, we can scroll it, fine so the Title of the Human Task / Activity box goes off the top.

But the second you enter more text in the box, the UI snaps the pop-up back to the top so the Title is visible but that means the full extent of the text entry box is not. We end-up with users trying to edit text that is being displayed 'invisibly' off the bottom of the screen.

Please alter this behaviour so the pop-up does not always require the title to be visible and does allow scrolling for the text box beyond the screen real estate height.

My users have two workarounds at present:

1) write-up these entries in Notepad and paste them in

2) zoom out on their browser to make the allowed pixel height greater to postpone the issue and squeeze a bit more in.
