I've just opened a Request and seen it assigned to what I thought was the wrong Service: Report an Issue (Civica EDRMS)

My colleague who logged that Request opened THE SAME REQUEST and it shows the 'correct' service: raise a new Councillor Casework Request (Councillor Casework)

On refresh, the Service was corrected but this is quite worrying that something is messed-up in the background and gave me the wrong information on the screen.

Just curious if you took this up with support?  It's not something I've heard being reported elsewhere and I've not been able to replicate.  Sometimes having support who can be given access to your data may help with the investigation.

It's not happened since. It happened not long after I had an issue with the customer portal not loading and Victor said to press F5. So I was thinking there was some cache issues around and I thought I'd leave to see if we notice at again. The fact it went after a refresh and was not bad underlying data meant I did not want to pursue at this time
