Categories/Subcategory management

This is frustrating - categories only permit the OWNER to add to subcategories.

I'm in the position where I want to delegate the ability to add/remove to the subcategory but none of the available roles allow this.

Can we have a role for this please?

There isn't currently a Role to allow editing of a Timesheet Category owned by another User.
A User with the Timesheet Manager role (or the Owner of the Category) should be able to re-assign ownership of the specific Category to the User you want to delegate to.

Thanks @Steve Giller. That's handy, but in reality, it would be multiple people requiring to make changes to it.
