But just a simple restart using the icon below sometimes gets it going again (but not on one of the current ones). Anyone else getting this? And one my agents also saw this message: but the workflow is not using the 'helpdesk' mailbox, it's using our servicedesk mailbox in that BPM: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
