New Update: Live Chat (171)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Live Chat (171) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New

• If tab containing chat recieves a message when not in focus the tab title will display [NEW] to indicate a new message
• Added option for agents to enable desktop notification on new messages to existing chat when the browser window is not in focus
• Add option for agents to recieve a notification toast popup when a new message is recieved to an existing chat if you are not currently viewing that chat

Change

• Accept button moved into chat window to prevent accidentally clicking cancel button when trying to accept

Fix

• No indication presented to user when a chat has expired
