Is there a Service Desk Admin Role?

When configuring a custom button and selecting role, I see there is a role called "ServiceDesk admin" and yet when I look at the roles in the background user interface I cannot see the "Service Desk admin" role. What is going on here?

But it doesn't show in the list of roles that I can configure or add people to:
