New Update: Service Manager (2714)

The latest update of Service Manager (2714) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change

• Allow customised colours to be inherited within the sections of request details
• the asset's general property Acq. Method now includes the new option 'personal'

Fix

• Stars in the request details feedback accordion do not display correctly {PM00173440}
• Fixed FAQ Search error on portals when setting guest.app.experimental.faqIndexSearch is turned on {PM00173428}
• Unanswered intelligent capture questions not shown in request details when they are configured to be shown {PM00173327}
• Fixed issue where the customer prompt popup would not display when raising a request via Email in PC2 {PM00173291}
