Sort order in Board Manager not defaulting to top? All my new cards are appearing at the BOTTOM of the stack

I want my new cards to appear on the TOP of the stack in a given column.

The workflow states they will appear at the TOP by default and I have not specified the order:

 

Received ones at the bottom:

Thanks for your post.  For now, I was curious if you have tried setting the order to 0 (zero) rather than leaving it at the default to see if this does add the card to the top of the list.

Yes confirmed @Neil McManus. 0 works to order with newest at the top
