  1. Thanks Trevor - yes, I was happily using the tagging function from the preview panel up until the new Board was made mandatory. However, I don't now get the option to add a tag (or any of the other options): I am not aware that any of my permissions have been changed. Any further thoughts why I may have lost that functionality? I'll speak to the admin team and ask them to confirm that the 'dragging' permissions have not been amended.
  2. Morning all, I've been away on leave and come back to the new Board Manager set as the default in Hornbill. However, I'm unable to do some 'stuff' that I used to be able to do on the old Board Manager. I may have missed it in the announcements/forums (I have searched), but does anybody know: - how I can apply a tag to a card on the Change Management Board? I used to be able to add a colour coding/text to cards, as shown below: I don't seem able to do that now....... - I don't seem to be able to 'drag' a card from one lane to another. For example, any change requests that were cancelled prior to the implementation phase could be dragged to the 'Delete Change' lane and thereby removed from the board. I can't do that now. Does anybody have any thoughts? TIA. Just to add, I've checked with my local HB admin team and I remain a Board Manager Super User. However, I've also noted that the admin team have retained the functionality that I've lost, so is it possible that it is a role/permission issue?
  3. This is quite shocking, IMHO. To me, the ability to re-order cards in a lane according to some specified criterion (reference number springs to mind, but I'm sure there'll be others) is a fundamental requirement which would make life a lot easier for board stakeholders/users, especially when you have a lane populated with scores of cards. Please consider prioritising this development work.
  4. Thanks for the reply, Trevor. There are around 200 cards on the board at any one time, and usually between 125 and 150 in the largest lane. I'll have a look at the setting you've suggested and see if I can make any improvements. My nagging doubt is that 'smooth scrolling' did work for a short while after BM release 244, and has seemingly reverted to 'jerky' scrolling without anything further appearing to have changed. However, I'll have a look and see what's occurring.
  5. Hi, I note that a fix for 'cards scrolling slow and jerky' on large boards was implemented in the Board Manager (244) release. This worked for a while on our change management board, but I've noticed over the last few days that the scrolling behaviour appears to have reverted to 'slow and jerky'. Has that release been remediated, or is there a wider issue with implementing smoother scrolling? TVM
  6. ..............although Is it just me, but when a card moves from one lane to another on our change management board (subsequent to the completion of the outstanding activities) the status line info (ie, 'Entered on' date/time) does not automatically update to show the details when the card entered the new lane. I have to refresh the whole board to get the updated lane info. I'm assuming that's not the correct behaviour? TVM.
