New Update: Service Manager (2663)

The latest update of Service Manager (2663) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New

• Extended the data provider options with a new option called 'Get Organisations' in custom forms in Intelligent Capture.

Fix

• Global sub-statuses are not visible against requests and services after editing in the admin view {PM00172735}
• The Customer Search form in Intelligent Capture was not displaying customer data as configured in the app-setting: 'app.core.userSearchTemplateProperty' configuration {PM00172711}
• Custom filter on request list returning unexpected results. {PM00172642}
• When the buttons are set as disabled on the asset upload page, they appear disabled but are still clickable. {PM00172245}
• Option to include/exclude closed requests from the Linked Entities section of an asset. {PM00171637}
• On hold duration period was not calculated correctly in the 'Requests > Update Request > Place On Hold' Hornbill Automation node. {PM00172620}
• Unable to select a service when creating a routing rule template of type Service Request.
• Linked request section not displayed after associating a request. {PM00172589}
• Image display issue on the list of assets to link in the assets details page when the asset inherits the image from its type.
• Unable to add a vendor when creating an asset through the Software Asset Management menu.
