New Update: Service Manager (2645)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2645) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New

• When an FAQ is marked as the solution to a request, a portal link to the FAQ is added to the request's resolution text. The translation string 'ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.solution.faqLink' can be modified to customise the message.
• Enhanced the 'Asset' action tab in the request details page with an option to link all assets to the request.

Fix

• Global asset search does not return results when repeating a search after navigating away.
