Hornbill Collaboration subscription.

With regards to a Hornbill Collaboration subscription.

Will the user be able to 

1. Access the ticket incident view of Hornbill.

2. Be notified via email of a activity being assigned to them.

Is there a page detailing what the Hornbill Collaboration subscription allows the users to do.

In order to access and view a ticket as a support agent would, you need a Service Manager subscription.  Limited access can be given to a request by adding a user or contact as a "Connection".  This however does not provide the same level of information as you would get as a support agent.

Activities do not currently have notifications by email.
