Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2635) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

• A basic user can be set as the request's customer through the 'Requests > Log Request' Hornbill Automation suite.

Fix

• Pagination on the Known Issues tab in the Customer Portal isn't working. {PM00172073}
• Intelligent Capture v2: Forms don't auto skip when the Pro Capture is restarted. {PM00172035}
