All Asset Forms are freezing

I have been getting reports that all our Asset forms are freezing when users log tickets in both the Employee Portal as well as in Service Manager.

Most of our ICF's has an Asset form that is mandatory, so when a user selects and asset (usually their laptops) and presses next, the screen just freezes... well, the page still works but we cannot go next or previous to continue logging the ticket.

And just to further clarify, I am talking about the standard Asset forms:

I just wanted to further clarify that regardless of whether the form is mandatory or not, or whether an asset has been selected or not, all users encountering this form can not longer move forward or previous, and cannot log a ticket.
