Login Issue

Hi, 

 

Our organisation is unable to log into Hornbill at the moment. We have been kicked out of the system twice and cannot log back in.

The error message reads, 'Disconnection Problem- You have been disconnected from the server, would you like to re-authenticate your session? Note by clicking yes you will lose any unsaved changes'. 

Then when trying to log into Hornbill, it states 'Unable to perform login, No bindings found for selected Identity provider. Please refresh and try again, if this problem persists please contact your administrator'

Please can you advise of the next steps to resolve this?
