New Update: Service Manager (2565)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2565) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

  • OOTB email templates now automatically resolve the instance Id where the predefined request URL is included. Please note that this change will not update the email templates that have been edited.
  • The advanced setting "app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.request.assessment.visibility" now defaults to "Urgency".
  • Advanced asset search option in the request details page does not return 'Used By' assets. {PM00171191}
  • Sorting the asset list by a data field may return the results in the incorrect order. {PM00171370}
  • Some images in the Configuration Item Explorer are not shown. {PM00171354}
  • Images from a Live Chat session are not shown in the designated section on the request details page. {PM00170983}
