Hi, is anyone aware of issues with dark mode in MS Edge?

 

When we create a new service manager request, from the drop down in service list, the options are white text on a white background, but the rest of the page is white. this happens in a few areas of hornbill.

 

any known fixes?

Hi @Josh1e

Thanks for your post.  Is this in the Employee Portal  Intelligent Capture when a  user raises a request rather than an support person raising it?  Or is the the Service widget in the Employee Portal?  I can't quite make it out.  Please feel free to post other places as you come across them so that we can take a look to see if they can be improved.

Hi James, thanks for the reply. The URL shows live.hornbill.com, haven't tried the other portals / urls yet mate.

Both the Employee Portal widgets and the Intelligent capture are accessed on the live.hornbill.com URL.  Maybe just need your original screenshot with a bit more of the screen included so I can see where this is.
