Andrew Spice Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 We've noticed a change since the UI update regarding visibility of calls for the user on the Company Home Requests list. Prior to the UI change Portal visibility set to hidden hid the Service from "My Services" but left all calls visible, but now all associated requests are also hidden preventing direct user updates.
