Hello Everyone

The latest build of Service Manager (2091) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

  • In the Employee Portal, a Request's sub-status is now shown in brackets beside the status attribute in the Requests widget and the Requests section in the Service details page.

  • In the Employee Portal, a Request's sub-status is now shown beside the status attribute in the Requests widget and the Requests section in the Service details page.

Change

  • The setting "app.itsm.progressiveCapture.customerDetails.showOnlySupportedRequests" is now enabled by default. When raising a Request for a customer through Progressive Capture, the agent is shown the customer's Requests on the right-hand side. When this setting is enabled, only the Requests that the agent is allowed to access are shown and when the setting is disabled, the agent can view unsupported Requests, if any. To enforce and respect the security model implemented in services, we have enabled this setting by default.
  • Configurable display columns and new filtering options on a revamped Service Portfolio list.

Fix

  • When the same Request is open in two separate tabs, a duplicate email is sent to the Request's customer. {PM00164381}
  • Incorrect display of cancel confirmation popup when applying form customisation changes in the Service form. {PM00164910}
  • Wrong colour indicator for "Last Updated By" when Request is closed via Self Service. {PM00164821}
  • Link Assets section in the asset form includes assets that have already been linked. {PM00164760}
  • Disable some editor options that override the browser spell checker in the Request's email action tab. {PM00164757}
  • Customer is not pre-populated when you raise a linked Request for the first time. {PM00164617}
  • Request List widget does not increase rows when expanded on the last row in the page. {PM00164607}
