New Update: Service Manager (2048)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Service Manager (2048) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• The attribute 'h_workaround' can now be mapped to a field in Progressive Capture. - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Mapping_Fields_from_Customised_Forms
• Integration with the Supplier Manager application has been added to requests. When placing a Request on-hold, you are now able to choose a supplier and contract that is associated with any linked assets in order to create third-party supplier events. • An existing Request can be copied to create a new Request. The information that is copied from the source Request can be controlled via application settings that are prefixed with "app.request.copy". - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Incident_Requests#Request_Menu

• Refreshed style for the Asset types and class tiles.

Fix

 

• The minimum search criteria on the Employee Portal search feature is now 2 characters. {PM00164779}
• Asset history not reporting changes in the Used By property when the Asset is shared. {PM00162529}
• The menu items for "Requests" and "Documents" in the Employee Portal can be translated via "user.view.serviceform.requests" and "user.view.serviceform.documents" strings.
• Performance improvements when loading the Self Service landing page. {PM00164586}
