SQL Filter on logged in User

Hi, I am trying to create a widget showing more personal stats per analyst, I can create a widget that shows Open Incidents/Requests, Breached etc and the filter on a specific users name for example show me all the stats for "Fred". I would then have to create another widget to show the stats for "Mary" and so on. 

Is there a specific SQL filter that I can use to query which user is looking at the widget by using their login details, it would help for the widget to query their sign-in details rather than me creating a separate widget for each colleague.
