  1. I think we are having a similar issue, unable to load or create new tickets, can't get to any of the service portfolio
  2. This is causing a lot of confusion as we use when a ticket has been updated to know when a ticket has actually been updated - not opened! Can this be rectified immediately as it is not behaving as designed by definition of the word updated. Apologies but aiming to have it in the next build does not give me confidence that it is going to be fixed any time soon.

Hi, I am trying to create a widget showing more personal stats per analyst, I can create a widget that shows Open Incidents/Requests, Breached etc and the filter on a specific users name for example show me all the stats for "Fred". I would then have to create another widget to show the stats for "Mary" and so on. Is there a specific SQL filter that I can use to query which user is looking at the widget by using their login details, it would help for the widget to query their sign-in details rather than me creating a separate widget for each colleague.
