Usually we have users reporting relating issues such as if a printer is down but for reporting purposes want to have them be resolved as just one request if their all relating to the same issue. James Ainsworth Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 Each individual request has its own status which will be set to resolved. Running any standard report for resolve requests will include all requests with this status. When linking one request with another, you can set the relationship type such as caused by, related to, etc. It may be possible to build a report that includes this information. Also, when a linked request is resolved, the resolution text contains some data that mentions that it was resolved by another request. It may also be possible to exclude from a report based on this.
