Paul Welby Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 Following the latest Service Manager update, I have found that if you put a note on the call to the customer, when you pause the call, the pause note will only publish to the customer. If you put a note to the team on the call, you can pause the call to publish to both the team or the customer. Another work-around is to close the window with the call and re-launch the window which then allows you to pause the call and publish the note to the owner, customer or team.
