Some of our customers get emails with different text which looks really unprofessional. I think tit might need refining. Any advice would be helpful. Victor Posted September 20, 2021 Share Posted September 20, 2021 @VickyB email templates can also have their own font formatting, have you checked if the system defined font is overridden by the email template configuration? Also if the email template is used by users/analysts to manually send emails from request it can be that the font is changes at that point... Asa side note, just for future reference, this is a Hornbill system configuration issue/query, not a Configuration Manager (which is an app) issue.
