New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (1059)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1059) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• Workflow - PCF Editor: Custom form, add ability to copy question.
• Workflow - bpm editor: add support for result reference outputs per hornbill automation call (flowcode) i.e. mycall.someoutput, myothercall.someoutput
• Workflow - BPM: Add manage live process instances view.

Change

• Home - System Monitor Log Files: Allow ordering of log file by Timestamp (default descending). Note-When set to ascending auto refresh is disabled.
• Home - System Monitor Log Files: Allow from and to date time by 1 min intervals instead of 5 mins
• Workflow - PCF Editor: When changing question type from static list, radios or checkbox do not reset existing options
• Site Details - Now shows the Site ID
• Adv Analytics - Widgets: Charts, add seconds formatter, seconds to HH:MM
• System - Language - Translations: Show translations as link so obvious you can click to edit.
• Workflow - Bpm Editor: human task custom questions - co-worker select now has an account type filter
• popup "prompt" dialog - input will now auto focus once displayed.
• Adv Analytics - Measures: When using "Save As" will now auto set input box to current name + " Copy"
• App Store: use build number from app info for latest change history entry

Fix

• Workflow - BPM Editor: Revert change so can still use simple lists when setting up bpm task custom fields.
• Application - Manage Subscriptions: Remove user subscription btn visibility requiring "admin" privilege.
• System - Org Data - Users: About tab data loading data from another userId that has same handle.
• System - Security - Keysafe: when creating new key if change type the form does not refresh with new settings.
