Does a 'wait for....' node reset if it's in a loop?

Part of our request closure process contains a 'wait for status update' node which has an expiry of 2 days set on it.

What we're waiting for here is to see if the customer clicks either the 'it's working' or 'it's not working' button in the portal within a couple of days. If they DO press it, and say it IS working, the process ends (as the status will be changed to closed).

If they don't click anything and the node expires, we then send an email requesting feedback and close the request.

If they click 'it's not working', this reopens the ticket and we wait for resolution again. Once resolved, an email is sent and the request goes back to 'wait for status update'.

My question is - does this 'Suspend - Wait for Status Update' node reset itself and restart the 2 days suspension? Or does it carry on from where the timer left off previously?

Short answer, yes, it does "reset" and "restart "the 2 day suspension. Is not actually a reset or restart is a completely new instance of the node events, if this makes sense.
