New Update: Hornbill Service Manager (1248)

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1248) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

NEW

• As an analyst, you can now search the timeline and historic updates of Requests that you can view via the Global Search. • You can now cancel multiple Requests via the Requests List {CH00122522}
• As a Service Owner, you can subscribe users of a Service on a Catalog item by Catalog item basis {CH00139627}

• As an analyst, you select all attachments in a Request for deletion {CH00147361}

• Auto Responder actions that post to the Timeline are not marked as 'Email' source {PM00150947}
• Requests without a Service fail to come off-hold correctly {PM00150996}
• Teams list filter in the Requests List is not scrollable when a user is associated to many teams {PM00151281}
• Failure to resume BPM when Requests are updated via "Linked Requests > Update Linked Requests" automated task {PM00151314}
