The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1194) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

• FIX: Unable to attach a file to a Request via Customer Portal {PM00150601}
• FIX: Change Requests are not using the custom prefix defined in the settings in User App {PM00150597}
• FIX: Problems with priority based response/resolution timers not being applied
• FIX: SLM Targets are not being set when raising requests via autoresponder {PM00150622}
• FIX: Request dashboard view does not scroll {PM00150585}
