  1. Is there a way of testing templates, with out having to log a call. 

    As sometimes I just just to see the layout and text format in an email, with having to fill out a call and then run through the call just to received the email to see how the template will look.?

    As sometime selecting text format and size, doesn't away work first time.

     

     

  2. We have a problem where this will not log a call from this anymore:

    It seems to fail on the Analyst Assignment, which all it is doing is adding the Team and analyst

    It will just come up "Call Failed, Unable to log call."  If we remove this form it will log the call.

    Has anything change to stop this form from working?

  3. We have a bulletin setup and I want to update the bulletin visibility, so I have choose 21/7/2021 for 10:30am and I want to end it on the 21/7/2021 at 12:30pm  But for some reason it will only allow me to set the 22/07/2021 all previous dates are greyed out. 

    We had picked the same dates a week go for today, so it has be working.  Has any thing changed?

  4. We have updated our service manager to build 1392 and I have noticed the when I click on the view button the drop down list appears, but to clear it I have to click on it again. I am sure that once you selected a view the list would disappear.
