  5. Hi I am attempted to create a Board to highlight how far Incidents are from Breaching. I have set-up a simple Board Set-up in Service Levels in Escalation Rule. An E Mail is sent to the owner when 6 hours from breach On the request list it states that the request list has been added to the board. However, on the Board it is not there... Have a missed a setting?? Any advice greatly appreciated Thanks

Hi We are relatively new to Service Manager We have just created our own Service Level Calender and Named it "Service Desk Team Calendar" and deleted the default Within Home>Service>Application Settings>guest.app.timer.defaultCalendar We have amended the name to be "Service Desk Team Calendar" However when we raise a call the resolved date timer does not start? Do we have to amend another setting for this to work correctly Many Thanks
