  1. Hi

I was wondering whether you can help I have a human task that requires to be completed, however there are additional outcome fields that require to be populated.  The Completed button is initially disabled, what we have noticed is that if the last field is a date field and it is mandatory without clicking on any empty space it does not enable the completed button once the value has been populated.  It is either to do with the onfocus or onclick functionality for the date field causing the issue . This issue does not exist with a single text field being the last field on the task.  I was wondering whether there is any workarounds/ solutions to this.  Thank you. Please see below for an example.

    Kind Regards,

  2. Hiya Steve,

Thanks for your reply. Ideally I would like a prompt/warning box to say that the customer does not have a manager set or if that is not possible could we have it displayed in the right hand pane (manager and cost centre information is what I am after).  The scenario is that if it is a SR that requires approval from a manager or budget holder if both are not populated there is little point in submitting the form.

  3. Hi All,

Once the user has been selected in the dropdown list on the progressive capture, I would like to display more information about the user, e.g. manager, cost centre etc.   is there a way of getting more information about the user to be displayed on the form?   Once this information has been retrieved, I would also like to notify the person filling the form that the manager field is empty for example, is this possible?

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,

  4. Hi James,

    Thank you for your reply.

In dropdown 1 the options are yes/no

In dropdown2 there are also two option - remove, upgrade

When dropdown 1 is set to "yes" dropdown 2 becomes visible if you have selected any of the values in dropdown 2 it will retain that value even if you went back and decide the selection in dropdown 1 was incorrect and update it to "no"

    Hope that makes sense :)

    Kind Regards,

  5. Hi

I was wondering whether anyone can help.  I have a dropdown list which has a yes/no answer, depending on the selection it shows another dropdown list which has an override flag to make it visible and mandatory, if the first dropdown list has a selection of "yes".  If the value of the first dropdown was "yes" and the second dropdown was also populated and then the user decides that their selection in the first dropdown was incorrect and sets it to "No" it will make the second dropdown not visible which is correct however, it does not clear the value of the second dropdown.  How  do you clear the value of a dropdown which is no longer visible.

    Kind Regards,

  6. Hi Victor,

We are trying to achieve the same as Logan where we have a child ticket that is being raised from a parent ticket.  We would like the parent ticket to go on-hold until the child ticket is resolved (that is if someone has not manually taken it off-hold and moved the ticket along)

Could you please provide an example of how we can achieve this.  Thank you.

    Kind Regards,

    Salma
