  1. I currently are using custom_21 to custom_24 for various date/time field requirements (for 4 environments). However, I now need two more date only fields for Sign off date and post sign off date. There are only 5 custom date/time fields. So I have one spare custom date field that I can use, but what about one more. There aren't enough custom_date fields. If I use one of the other date/time fields 21-24 then they will obviously over write previous data for a record. Please advise what I could do to achieve what I need. Thanks
  2. I have used the Authorisation node for our CAB meetings, as below. However, our Auditors have asked for approval date. I don't see any parameter for this. I looked at Cloud automation to obtain the timestamp, but this doesn't just get the date, but the time as well and also, I believe, is not meant to be used for this? This is part of the BPM process after Approval and so I need to some how to reference the date and then store in a custom field. What is the best way to do this please?
  3. RELEASE Tried this but fails (I set the start & end time from now as defined field with date and time from Get Request Info via Intelligent capture).
  4. Currently I use the following for adding Changes to the Change calendar via BPM. However, I want to do the same for Release. I have not been able to do this via BPM and raised a Support ticket in the past, but advised this would be an enhance feature back in last October 2022.
  5. We use BCC for sending out weekly Change reports where we don't need them to reply, but blanket publish of the report. Also may get sent to 3rd party DLs that are automated and may reply automatically. So BCC gets around this.
  6. I have just checked and still see: When will this update be in place so I see 'From'? Also I thought Platform Configuration/Email/Domains as below would be updated to allow for all emails: via a chosen email address. As a workaround we have whitelisted the live Hornbill address and working this way at the moment for scheduled reports: Please confirm. Thanks Ashley
  7. If possible please change sort order for linked requests to have newest first. I.e. already have to page here to see newly created requests. Currently in my BPM I am using Log new change under Hornbill Automation to create a copy of a previous Change ticket. Plus Update Custom fields to map fields from a previous Change ticket to the new Change ticket. The new Change ticket is then automatically linked to the previous Change ticket. Over time a list of linked tickets builds up, which is what I want. However, my users are asking if it is possible to have the latest copied ticket at the top of the linked list instead of at the end. Is this possible? I don't see any parameter for this?
  8. Currently when scheduling our reports in Service Manager we see they are sent from the live.hornbill.com address. I've been asked to ensure they are sent via our company address instead. How do I go about this? Currently I have a user and select this user when in recipients for scheduling. Thanks
  9. Currently you can only select recipients to send to. Doesn't mention CC or BCC like when using Email templates. Could I please request an update to allow the use of BCC for scheduling reports and getting them sent using BCC instead of TO.
  10. Feature update for Hornbill: Ideally I would want each lane ordered by the fields within the Change card, please. It would be ideal if there was a support button on the board to order a lane by a chosen field, ie date. via Auto task/button or BPM. I use a Board when going to our weekly CAB meeting and having to manually order each lane by date takes time and the Lane sometimes messes up and I have to do all over again. A real frustration on my part.
  11. Using Hornbill Automation, Add card to Board, I want to use the order option, but unclear what parameters I can use. Ideally I'd like to order by date, but guess is position only? Please advise. Thanks.
