Hi, we are still having to keep refreshing when setting the priority on tickets after the 15th February update. Anyone else still experiencing this or able to advise how to fix it please?

Hi We are getting this error on a service request which seems to be preventing the automated processes kicking in? I am new to Hornbill and do not know where to look (yet!) so any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Amanda
