Hi, I'm hoping someone will be able to help with an error I kept getting when trying to build a Workflow out. I'm getting the attached error when my workflow gets to the 3rd stage in the process and I can't seem to work out what it means? I don't seem to have any errors in the actual workflow config so I'm at a loss!

Have a user who is getting the attached error when trying to raise a ticket. However I'm able to access as well as my team. I have the user is questions diagnostic logs to hand if needed?
