Hi - only the last week more and more tickets are cropping up that we're unable to resolve as its not asking us to put a closure category, the only changes we've made recently is adding new closure category options which where working fine... this is not the case on all tickets but its also not cohesive.. its really like its random! Does anyone know how I can get the prompt back to add closure tags so we can close our tickets again!
  2. Is there a way to automatically put a ticket on hold middle of a process? I have a process that requires me to put the ticket on hold for 3 months after a few tasks have been completed. for example task 1 task 2 task 2 complete > I then want the ticket to automatically to be put on hold for a 3 month period > ticket to then be taken off hold for 3 months for the final task to be completed. thanks
  3. Hello! Recently i've had to set up an external helpdesk to be able to raise tickets with my internal helpdesk. However they're wondering if they could see each others tickets they've raised? Is there a way to allow an 'Organisation' to see all the tickets raised by someone in that organisation?

  5. Hi, I need to allow an external company to be able to login to our hornbill tenant to raise tickets. I've tried creating a guest account and logging it but i get a error: Error It was not possible to validate the supplied user credentials. I also need to set them up with MFA when logging in how do I do this? i've tried changing the toggle to say MFA > Email but then when i try to login it says the 2FA failed. any help would be highly appreciated!
  6. Hi! I need to enable MFA for our 'admin' account however as this is the only account with 'Super user role' no one is able to override this. How can I go about getting MFA set up on this admin account?
  7. Hi, I'm hoping someone will be able to help with an error I kept getting when trying to build a Workflow out. I'm getting the attached error when my workflow gets to the 3rd stage in the process and I can't seem to work out what it means? I don't seem to have any errors in the actual workflow config so I'm at a loss!
  8. Have a user who is getting the attached error when trying to raise a ticket. However I'm able to access as well as my team. I have the user is questions diagnostic logs to hand if needed?
