This happens to us as well. I often find this if we've had the page open for an hour then try and action something on it.

We've had users in different locations within Cape Town trying to connect, all with issues. So it's something definitely wrong from within that area. User's have tried wired, wireless and tethered connections.

What does Public actually mean? Visibility for both 'Team' and 'Customer'?
