  3. Hi, We are starting to put key information from honrbill on to a wallboard. At present we are using the Admin account to display this which does not sit right with me for obvious reasons. Is there a wallboard licence that could be used rather than a full user account? Does anyone have any tips about what they show on the wallboards?

  6. Hi, Whilst creating a new RFC process and running through some testes we created a new call that caused an error in the process. I am unable to delete this call the usual way, any other suggestions on how to purge this call? Thanks

  10. Hi, We have an RFC process that captures data from the pro cap and send this of for approval to selected users. Its sent by email but the formatting is not perfect so i have tried applying some of the wiki markup changes and whilst it worked within the task itself inside hornbill, the email was even worse as it displayed the wiki markup commands. Anyone come across this before?

  12. Not having a good day with support today. The user was created using LDAP import.
  13. Hi Support, We have a new analyst who has been created in hornbill with usual permissions however every time this person raises a new call, it displays the date 19/05. When others then look at this call it’s the correct date. The user is *** Could you take a look into this please? ADMIN EDIT: Obfuscated the name of the user (GDPR)

  15. Hi, I am looking for a call within Service Manager that i resolved back in March as i have got the same issue now so wanted to look back at how it was resolved. I have tried searching for key words in the global search but nothing is shown each time. Can you advise please? Thanks Nick

  18. Hi, I am trying to create a library for our users to use from the customer portal. I have followed the wiki and using my account to test this service with I am unable to see the library from the portal. Is this due to my account having additional privileges? Thanks Nick
  19. HI, In that case until this has been released I am unable to migrate the rest of our assets into Hornbill as all of our devices have a model. Also when we migrated some across one has gone into the wrong asset class, how do we alter this please?
