  1. Never mind, I had the issue which has been mentioned on the top post
  2. I have one user account that is unable to login. All other users are able to login and use all functions as expected. I get the following message below Error An unexpected error occurred during login. If this problem persists, please contact the system administrator I have logged in as my system administrator account, tried suspending the account, logging in and then re activating account. I have tried to reset the password and force remote authentication override. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared browser data and cookies and obviously restarting the browser. I usually use google chrome but i have tried Chrome, IE, Firefox and Opera. Any advice would be much appreciated.
  3. Our categories are no longer showing. Also users aren't able to log tickets via self service. I believe selecting a category is part of our BPM. Any know how i can find / fix this?
