Hi,

Our LDAP Tool has stopped working and in the log it appears with the error "Unable to run import, a previous import is still running"

The scheduled task that runs the LDAP tool has been stopped and started and the server restarted but this has not resolved the issue.

As a result of this, new users created do not sync over to Hornbill.

Is something blocking us on the database end?
