Service Desk Reporting

I am new to Hornbill and have now been asked to run some scheduled reports, as below

  1. Number of Tickets logged this week
  2. Number of Tickets "Resolved" this week
  3. Number of Open tickets
  4. Number of Tickets of hold

Is there an easy way to do this?

What is the best way to get these reports, as i cannot see any obvious routes, and i do not know the table structure well enough to know which tables to run the reports against.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
