Guest Paul Alexander Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 Up until now, we haven't needed the ability to add Connections to our service requests but, as the new Employee Portal will allow Connections to see requests, it has become apparent that the Connections option will be handy. But, that means that I now have to go through each of our services and update them individually to allow the Connections option in an SR ticket. 1) is there a way to do this across all of the services at once (rather than me having to do them individually) 2) Is there a setting which will mean that each NEW service that we create has this option AND all of the Connection types options for viewing and collaborating switched on please?
