Microsoft Teams - Hornbill Bot

Hello,

I do not know much about this area, but has anyone attempted to create a Microsoft Teams bot to work with Hornbill in any way?

I am just trying to think about how this could be utilised, if it's possible... for things like:

  1. "My Open tickets" will list every ticket in that customer's name, the summary and a link directly to it on the Portal
  2. "I have an issue with my <keyword>" maybe ask certain questions and dependant on the answers can list possible Catalogs on the Portal that will likely help with their request or link to Problem tickets
  3. "I would like to request a <keyword"  maybe ask certain questions and dependant on the answers can list possible Catalogs on the Portal that will likely help with their request

These are the only things I can think of at the moment but the capabilities of bots in Teams is getting larger and larger and is curious if anyone has attempted to work Teams and Hornbill together in any way, or will investigate the possibilities in the future.

Of course the option to go directly to the Portal will still remain.
