    Hi! Is there a way in hornbill where you can have staff members with a Basic account approve or disapprove certain requests as line managers? The line managers responses also need to be updated on the ticket diary as well. Is there a way of doing this? if so, would you be able to provide instructions? Many thanks, Kev G.
