  1. After an audit of the locations we've got listed in "Locations" we have found a number that we want to remove, however when we try to delete the site, we get an error stating there are still users assigned.

    With a bit of investigation, we've discovered that a lot of these locations have "Archived" users assigned. We use the LDAP import tool to archive and have worked out how to clear the location from any archived accounts that are still in AD, which will be helpful going forward, however most of these users aren't in AD anymore.

    Is there a way to easily remove the "Location" from all of the accounts with the status Archived?

  2. Hi Steve,

    We've checked our BPM and there isn't a Mark Fix Timer node on any of them, however all of the app.request.* options in core settings are configured as expected and we haven't changed anything.

    We've noticed this on all cases that have been resolved on or after 19 July. We also had issues on that day with service levels not being applied to new cases raised and auto closure on existing resolved cases.
