We've been asked by a Director for a report on how long support requests spend on hold. Unfortunately, we've recently been advised by a Hornbill technical specialist that the h_itsm_requests.h_totalonholdtime field doesn't take the working time calendar into account and isn't intended for reporting. Could we request an enhancement for a new field which holds the total time on-hold according to the calendar please? Many thanks!
