Hi @Berto2002, I have just tried running the integration and have created events without issue. Can I confirm that the 'User ID' that you are using is the one used to Authenticate the connection between Hornbill and Microsoft Office?

Hi there,

I had a look at the API for Viva Engage, we can look to add the additional functionality to create communities and add members to them via Hornbill. However, currently the API is in Beta and subject to changes that could break any integration we build therefore once it has been moved to v1.0 development on our end can begin.

I've had a look on our end and haven't managed to recreate the same issue. Could you please confirm that the Member Of values that you are importing match exactly what Hornbill will be expecting?

We are currently in the process of updating the Microsoft integrations to only require the specific scopes each integration needs to run successfully. Existing examples of this can be seen within Microsoft Teams and Entra ID.

Thank you for your patience while I looked in to implementing this change. Unfortunately when testing sending the UPN without the domain using the New-ADUser function for Active Directory I found that it would not accept the values passed to it if not formatted with the domain. This is confirmed in the documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/activedirectory/set-aduser?view=windowsserver2022-ps

I will have a chat with Steve once he's back from holiday about any possible work arounds and get back to you with anything we come up with.
