Excuse this basic question, I'm pretty new to Hornbill. What permissions do I need to access and amend email templates and organisations too. On the organisations access issue our Hornbill administrator has given me the "organisation admin" right but can't see Home > System > User & Guest Access > Organisation. Any help given is very much appreciated.

This posting is mainly out of pure curiosity - is it possible to schedule service requests? This was available in Neolithic versions of Hornbill and the Wiki suggests it is now (Scheduled Jobs - Hornbill) but I can only personally see schedule reports. Any thoughts or ideas?

Thanks Nasim, really appreciate the response. I played with the definition file you kindly provided but sadly I'm still missing the key part of the report, assets linked to a portfolio item.

I’m not a SQL person and new to Hornbill reports, so forgive my ignorance. I need a report that can interrogate the services within our service portfolio and provide their respective linked assets, if any. I tried the basic report using an entity called asset but the columns don’t link to services. I guess this information is in another table but I simply don’t know what table(s) and how to link them. Any advice would be great!
